Serve over, under, or alongside Grilled, Broiled, or Baked Fish, Shrimp, or Chicken. (Note: If you place the sauce on the plate and then top it with your entree', you trap in the flavor of the sauce.)

Chicken Pasta Cook and Drain your Pasta. Mix in a small amount of Tomatillo White Chocolate Sauce. Top with a Grilled Chicken Breast.

Remember, this is NOT a sweet sauce. It is more like a Mole' Sauce. It contains a small amount of Belgian White Chocolate which counteracts the bitterness of the Tomatillos. It is a very versatile sauce. Just use your imagination!!!
