Warm and serve as a sauce with any pork dish. You can either pour over the dish prior to serving or serve alongside the dish as a serving sauce.

Pork or Beef Tenderloin Cook your Pork or Beef Tenderloin (or Pork Chops) until almost done. Peel and dice fresh apples and add to the Apple Cider Brandy Sauce. (You can also all chopped nuts to the sauce if you desire). Pour over the Pork or Beef and resume cooking until meat is at desired wellness. Serve additional sauce with the dish, if desired.
